Our Story

Jason:
I spent the majority of my life in churches in the various states I lived in around the United States. Church after church I noticed something consistent: there was no power. The God of the universe that is so beautifully described in the bible from cover to cover didn’t seem to make Himself known that way anywhere I went. I would read the book of Acts over the years and ask God, “why don’t these miracles, signs, and wonders happen today? Your Word says you are the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
The Lord let me stumble around for over 37 years until I encountered Him. On July 18, 2024, I had my face-to-face encounter with Jesus. He revealed Himself to me through a person who was simply doing what the bible calls us all to do: be Christ-like.This encounter brought me to tears, as 1 Corinthains 14:24-25 was coming to life right in front of me. Jesus encountered me when I was in a difficult place, where I struggled to find meaning and purpose in life. I was sitting in a church pew on my way to hell, because I was doing me and expecting to bring Jesus along like an accessory on a keychain.
Encountering Jesus changed everything. He taught me how to count the cost. I walked away from everything to follow Him, not because I had to, but because I love Jesus and I wanted to. Jesus saved me from myself and radically transformed my life.As I began to truly follow Jesus, I saw the depths of the depravity of my bondage to religion. He gave me a passion for the religious, both in “Christian” churches and other religions. He opened my eyes to how lost and hopeless people are without Him. I asked Him to give me the desires of His heart, and my desire for nations came forth from that. Many in the 10/40 window have never heard the name of Jesus. Many who have Jesus refuse to go to these “dangerous” places.
I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: ‘whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?’ Then I said, “here am I! send me.” Isaiah 6:8

Cori:
I grew up in a quiet Southern California suburb without a foundation in faith. My early years were marked by trauma and increasing instability. By my teens, alcohol and chaos had entered my home, and I was introduced to drinking at 16—becoming an alcoholic by 18. From ages 18–24, I started running the streets, experienced homelessness, and was in and out of incarceration.
At 24, everything changed. In a moment that could have cost me my life, Jesus Christ intervened supernaturally—subduing my attacker when no one else was present. In that moment, I heard the Lord say, “Follow Me,” and I gave Him my life.
Now, I am a follower of Christ with a heart for the nations—passionate about raising awareness, funding missions, and equipping others to reach the unreached, especially in the 10/40 window. I am committed to living with purpose, faith, and eternal impact. My desire is to show how Jesus can transform lives by being a living example of His goodness - And what better place to do than than in the darkest regions of the world.
