Financial Integrity
At Commissioned 4 Impact International, we believe every financial gift is ultimately entrusted to us by God. We are committed to stewarding every donation with integrity, transparency, accountability, and prayerful wisdom. Our Board of Directors provides oversight to help ensure that all resources are used in furtherance of our charitable and religious mission.
How We Use Funds
Contributions to Commissioned 4 Impact International are used to advance our charitable mission through ministry programs, leadership development, missions support, outreach initiatives, educational resources, humanitarian efforts, and organizational operations.
We strive to use every dollar responsibly and prayerfully so that the greatest possible Kingdom impact can be achieved.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all donations become the property of Commissioned 4 Impact International and remain subject to the discretion and control of its Board of Directors in accordance with IRS regulations governing 501(c)(3) public charities.
Board Oversight
Commissioned 4 Impact International is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for overseeing the organization's mission, finances, policies, and legal compliance.
The Board reviews major financial decisions, approves budgets, and helps ensure that all charitable assets are managed responsibly and in accordance with our governing documents and applicable law.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Our Board members, officers, and key leaders are committed to acting in the best interests of the organization.
Commissioned 4 Impact International maintains a Conflict of Interest Policy requiring board members and officers to disclose any actual or potential conflicts and to abstain from decisions where a conflict exists.
This policy helps ensure that every decision is made with integrity and solely for the benefit of the organization's charitable mission.
Restricted Gift & Donor Preferences
We are grateful that many donors feel led to support particular ministry initiatives. Donors are welcome to indicate a preference for a specific project or ministry partner. Whenever possible, we will honor those preferences.
However, in accordance with IRS regulations for charitable organizations, all contributions remain under the exclusive discretion and control of Commissioned 4 Impact International. This ensures that donations continue to support our exempt charitable purposes and preserves the tax-deductible nature of charitable contributions.
