Our Board of Directors provides oversight to help ensure that resources are used in furtherance of our charitable and religious mission.
How We Use Funds
Contributions to Commissioned 4 Impact International are used to advance our charitable and religious mission through international missions, evangelism and ministry training, leadership development, discipleship, outreach, ministry partnerships, and the operational resources necessary to carry out our work.
We strive to steward every dollar responsibly and prayerfully in furtherance of the mission entrusted to us.
Board Oversight
Commissioned 4 Impact International is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for overseeing the organization's mission, finances, policies, and legal compliance.
The Board reviews major financial decisions, approves budgets, and helps ensure that charitable assets are managed responsibly and in accordance with our governing documents and applicable law.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Our Board members, officers, and key leaders are committed to acting in the best interests of the organization.
Commissioned 4 Impact International maintains a Conflict of Interest Policy requiring covered individuals to disclose actual or potential conflicts and, when appropriate, abstain from deliberation and voting on matters in which a conflict exists.
This policy helps ensure that every decision is made with integrity and solely for the benefit of the organization's charitable mission.
Designated Gifts & Donor Preferences
We are grateful that some donors feel led to support a particular mission, training, ministry initiative, or area of our work. Donors may indicate a preference when making a contribution, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor those preferences.
To ensure that all charitable funds are used appropriately and in furtherance of C4II's exempt purposes, Commissioned 4 Impact International retains ultimate discretion and control over the use of contributed funds.
IRS Recognition
Commissioned 4 Impact International is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a public charity.
